Since his last dictation is considered a final highlight of the book, we have adopted it as the year of his writing, and some researchers have indicated that the year of his writing of the book is the year 232 AH.
Sample Text	Ishaq ibn Ibrahim told me, he heard Hafs ibn Ghiyath... He said: We came to the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, after he conquered Khaybar, and he swore to us and did not swear to anyone else who had witnessed the conquest... ...Chapter: And when we say, “Enter this town, then eat from it wherever you wish freely, and enter the gate prostrating.” So they detracted from it. He said, “This is what I feared, O Messenger of God,” the end of the section.
