It contains corrections, comments, and transcription differences in the margin. - At the beginning of it is a page with a chapter on the virtue of the accepted Hajj. - The end of the first part, with paper (52/a), the end of the chapter on the Prophet’s hatred, may God bless him and grant him peace, for Medina to be exposed. It will be read, God Almighty willing, in the second part, the book on fasting. | A fragment of the first part, and the entire second part Date of death of the copyist: alive in the year 823 AH. | The last dictation by Imam al-Bukhari for his Sahih was in Bukhara in the year 252 AH, and the dictation before that was in February in the year 248 AH. Since his last dictation is considered a final highlight of the book, we have adopted it as the year of his writing, and some researchers have indicated that the year of his writing of the book is the year 232 AH.

The Book of Hajj, the chapter on the obligation and virtue of Hajj, and God’s saying: “And for God is the duty of the people to perform Hajj to the House, whoever is able to make a way to it, and whoever disbelieves, then God is Self-sufficient of the worlds.” ...Chapter: If the mukatab said, “Buy me and free me,” and he bought it for that reason... The end of the second part is followed by the book on the gift, its merit, and the incitement to it.

الحمدُ للهِ ربِّ العالمينَ، وقَفَ هذا الجزءَ المباركَ الفقيرُ إلى اللهِ تعالى الشَّيخُ العالمُ الفاضلُ برهانُ الدين الدين بقية السَّلفِ الصالحين أبو إسحاقَ إبراهيمُ ابنُ الفقيرِ إلى اللهِ تعالى شيخِ الإمامِ العالمِ جلالِ الدِّينِ قاضي المسلمينَ ... ابن المعزِّ بنِ أبي عبدِ اللهِ محمَّدِ بنِ التقيِّ المقدسيِّ الحنبليِّ ... في عافيةٍ بلا محنٍ، وقفًا صحيحًا شرعيًّا منجزًا ابتغاءَ وجهِ اللهِ تعالى، وطالبًا لثوابِه العميمِ، على مَنْ يَنتفِعُ به منْ أهلِ الحديثِ الشَّريفِ والعلمِ النافعِ تقدم في ذلك الواقف المشار إليه أثابَه اللهُ تعالى أبو ... بصالحيةِ دمشقَ المحروسةِ ... يومَ الأحدِ سنةَ أربعٍ وأربعينَ وثمانمائةٍ ... الحنبلي.
