Praise be to God, the eraser of the sands and the one who directs the pen... He said... Radhi al-Din Abu al-Fadayl al-Hasan ibn Muhammad ibn al-Hasan al-Saghani... As for what follows, since I ascended to the ranks of honor and graduated from the paths of extravagance, I have set upon myself the pinnacles of determination on the heights of glory... knowing what I took pains to compose and arrange, and struggled to classify and refine, and to call it “The Rising Lights of the Prophet from the Sahihs of the Chosen Ones... ... for you and the king, you have no partner.” He recites this talbiyah during his Hajj and Umrah, from Anas, may God be pleased with him, to perform Umrah and Hajj
