Since his last dictation is considered a final highlight of the book, we have adopted it as the year of his writing, and some researchers have indicated that the year of his writing of the book is the year 232 AH.

Chapter on withholding a man’s maintenance for the sustenance of a year from his family... I will not make up for it other than that until the Hour comes, and if you are unable to do so, then pay it, and I will be sufficient for you. The third part is done.
