Notes	This copy is an introduction to what Sheikh al-Islam Ibn Hajar wrote in his commentary on al-Jami` al-Sahih called Fath al-Bari, and he called it Hidayat al-Sari, in contrast to what is known about it as Huda al-Sari. \| The date of completion of the composition was proven from the copy of Tarkhan, mother of Sultan, within Sulaymaniyah, with the number (54).
Sample Text	Praise be to God, who has explained the hearts of the people of Islam with the Sunnah... As for what follows, the first thing on which I spend the precious things of my days... is to engage in the Sharia sciences... And I saw that Imam Abu Abdullah Al-Bukhari in his Sahih collection took up quoting from their splendid lights... And I sought God Almighty’s help in adding to it a summary explaining its benefits, clarifying its revealing purposes... and I present to all of that an introduction in clarifying its rules and embellishing its main points, briefly comprehensive... ...in ten. Chapters... Then I concluded this introduction with a translation revealing his characteristics and virtues... If these chapters were edited... I opened the explanation of the book... ... He mentioned his return to Bukhara... Al-Hasan said, “The duration of his life was sixty-two years minus thirteen days, may God Almighty have mercy on him.” The last introduction to Al-Bukhari’s explanation
