It has comments. | The date of completion of the book's writing was confirmed from the Library of the Chief Writer, No. (194); It was stated in it: “The author, may God Almighty have mercy on him, said that his collection, Ahmad bin Ali, was completed... on the first day of Rajab Al-Farad in the year one hundred and eight forty-two, except for what he added to this booklet on the twelfth of Rajab of that year. He collected the introduction in the year thirteen and began explaining it in the beginning of the year seventeen, and praise be to God.”

Praise be to God who has enlightened the hearts of the people of Islam with guidance and poked the hearts of the tyrannical, so that they will never be aware of wisdom... And after I have begun what I intended of explaining the correct collection, as I promised at the beginning of the introduction... I called it Fath Al-Bari with Al-Bukhari’s explanation... Al-Bukhari, may God have mercy on him, said... How was the beginning of the revelation to the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace? ...Chapter: Ibdī Dāba’ī’ah...Complete the first part by praising God, Glory be to Him, His power is exalted and His encompassing is exalted...Followed at the beginning of the second are chapters: Facing the Qiblah.
