The book of Sahih is complete from beginning to end. | Date of death of the copyist: 1162 AH. | The last dictation by Imam al-Bukhari for his Sahih was in Bukhara in the year 252 AH, and the dictation before that was in February in the year 248 AH. Since his last dictation is considered a final highlight of the book, we have adopted it as the year of his writing, and some researchers have indicated that the year of his writing of the book is the year 232 AH.

خاتمُ تملُّكٍ للسيِّدِ يونس وهبي، كُتِبَ بجوارِه: نائبُ مكَّةَ مشرفة شرَّفَهَا الله 1281هـ.#وقفُ السَّيدِ يونس وهبي سنةَ 1328هـ.#الحواشي والتَّعليقاتُ:على هوامشِها نقولاتٌ كثيرةٌ، أكثرُها منِ كتابِ «نجاحِ القاري لشرحِ صحيحِ البُخاريِّ» ليوسفَ أفندي زاده، ويُرمزُ له بلفظة «نجاح»، وبعضُ النقولاتِ منْ شرحِ القسطلانيِّ المسمى: «إرشادُ الساري لشرحِ صحيحِ البُخاريِّ»، ويُرمزُ له بلفظة: «القسطلاني»، ومن شرح الكَرْمَانِيِّ المسمى: بـ«الكواكبِ الدَّراري»، ويُرمزُ له بلفظة: «كرماني»، وبعضُ النقولاتِ والتَّعليقاتِ غيرُ المنسوبةِ.
