The copy is written in a cursive script, and the first panel is decorated with a beautiful painting colored with lapis lazuli and gilded, and its frame is gilded. The rest of the pages are framed in red ink. The headers of the chapters and the words (tell us) were written in red ink. | The last dictation by Imam al-Bukhari for his Sahih was in Bukhara in the year 252 AH, and the dictation before that was in February in the year 248 AH. Since his last dictation is considered a final highlight of the book, we have adopted it as the year of his writing, and some researchers have indicated that the year of his writing of the book is the year 232 AH.
