Praise be to God, who has bestowed upon us the greatest and most minute blessings, the greatest of which is the blessing of Islam.... As for what follows: After the Qur’an, the science of hadith is the best and highest of sciences... and it was the book of the correct collection... yes, the correct books.... and I did not see an explanation of it that included revealing some of the relevant matters of the book, let alone all of it... so I sought God Almighty’s help and sought His help in composing an explanation described with attributes... and I endeavored in it to clarify the expressions and uncover the problems... so he came with praise. God is a book full of everything that the one who celebrates it needs.... And I am still thinking about naming it.... So Mulham inspired me that he is Al-Kawkab Al-Darari in the explanation of Sahih Al-Bukhari... ... A chapter showing his two fingers... Al-Layth said: Jaafar told me with the wording of hadith, and what Bakr narrated about him was in an anathema manner. If you say how, it indicates translation. I said he meant when he said he prayed and prostrated completely for the whole and intentionally for the part, and if he spread his hands, he must show his two fingers and move away from each other, and God knows best. Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds... The first quarter of Al-Kawkab Al-Darari has ended... It will be followed, God willing, by the chapter on the virtue of facing the Qiblah.
