Date of death of the copyist: Alive in the ninth century AH. | The last dictation by Imam al-Bukhari for his Sahih was in Bukhara in the year 252 AH, and the dictation before that was in February in the year 248 AH. Since his last dictation is considered a final highlight of the book, we have adopted it as the year of his writing, and some researchers have indicated that the year of his writing of the book is the year 232 AH. | It is followed at the beginning of the thirteenth part by the chapter on burning houses and palm trees.

[Chapter on the words of God Almighty: {And give the orphans their wealth, and do not exchange the bad for the good, and do not eat] their wealth for your wealth. Indeed, it is a great burden, and if you fear that you will not be just with the orphans, then marry whatever women please you.} Orphans, then marry whatever women please you}... She said: “So God made it clear in this verse: If an orphan has beauty and wealth, they wish to marry her,... Chapter {It is either from us afterward, or as a ransom}... Yahya bin Bukayr told us... that Abu Hurairah, may God be pleased with him, said: I heard the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, say: ‘An ant bit a prophet from among the prophets, so he ordered the village of ants. So it was burned, so God revealed to him: If an ant bit you, you burned a nation of nations praising God.”...the end of the twelfth part of Sahih Al-Bukhari...
