The last dictation by Imam al-Bukhari for his Sahih was in Bukhara in the year 252 AH, and the dictation before that was in February in the year 248 AH. The Book of Sales and the saying of God Almighty. And God has permitted trade and forbidden usury and His saying, “Unless it is a current trade that you manage among yourselves.” Chapter on what was stated in the Almighty’s saying. “And when the prayer has been completed, spread out over the land and seek God’s bounty... Abu Al-Yaman told us... ... Chapter on the hadith of Zaid bin Amr bin Nufayl. Muhammad bin Abi Bakr told me... on the authority of Abdullah bin Omar that the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, met Zaid bin Omar bin Nufayl at the bottom of Baldah before he descended upon the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him. The revelation was given to the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and he refused to eat from it...and if you wish, its provisions are sufficient for you.
