This copy is the third part of Al-Jami’ Al-Sahih, and it is missing the other part, as it ended in a truncated form. The title page is decorated with a panel decorated with a floral pattern, decorated with gold and black, with the name of the book, the author, and the name of the part written clearly in thuluth script. | The last dictation by Imam al-Bukhari for his Sahih was in Bukhara in the year 252 AH, and the dictation before that was in February in the year 248 AH. Since his last dictation is considered a final highlight of the book, we have adopted it as the year of his writing, and some researchers have indicated that the year of his writing of the book is the year 232 AH.
