Its handwriting is good and easy to read. - There is a very important matter that should be noted, which is that this copy of the book Sahih al-Bukhari, which consists of eight parts, has the general number (7427) and the same in the indexes as well as on some parts. However, an error occurred in some parts of this copy, which is that the general number (7428) was written on its outside. This error was found on the first, second, seventh, and eighth parts. As for the rest of the parts, which are the third, fourth, fifth, and sixth, their number is correct, which is (7427), and after searching for the number (7428), it was found that it is the number for the book Nihayat al-Muhtaj fi Sharh al-Minhaj in Shafi’i jurisprudence. | Date of death of the copyist: 1314 AH. | The last dictation by Imam al-Bukhari for his Sahih was in Bukhara in the year 252 AH, and the dictation before that was in February in the year 248 AH. Since his last dictation is considered a final highlight of the book, we have adopted it as the year of his writing, and some researchers have indicated that the year of his writing of the book is the year 232 AH.
