The last dictation by Imam al-Bukhari for his Sahih was in Bukhara in the year 252 AH, and the dictation before that was in February in the year 248 AH. Since his last dictation is considered a final highlight of the book, we have adopted it as the year of his writing, and some researchers have indicated that the year of his writing of the book is the year 232 AH.

In the Name of God.. Chapter on Interpretation of the Qur’an, “The Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.” Two names of mercy, the Most Merciful and the Most Merciful, with one meaning, like the All-Knowing and the All-Knowing. A chapter on what was mentioned in the opening of the Book and it is called the Mother of the Book.. ... Surat Yusuf. The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, was asked which of the people is more honorable.. He said, “The best among you in pre-Islamic times are the best in Islam if they understand it.” Abu Usama continued it on the authority of Ubaidullah. He completed part nineteen.
