The Book of Medicine: God has not sent down a disease except that He has sent down a cure. He, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said, “Healing is in three things: a drink of honey, a cup of cup, and a cauterization of fire.” He forbade my nation from cauterizing the chapter on dripping with honey... ...If he asks you to go out, and if you eat at night, walk before you complete it, even if it is a hundred steps.
