The copy contains the first and second parts of the book in two different volumes kept under one number in the library. The first part ended on plate 508. Five years elapsed between the completion of each of them. The second part appears to be in good condition compared to the first part due to poor ink and paper wear. #- The author mentioned the date of writing the book under explanation and it was as follows: “On Wednesday the twenty-fourth of the holy month of Shaban in the year eight hundred and eight nine.” #- The version contains: soil erosion, pollution, moisture, corrosion of edges, disintegration. #- He was writing the annotated text in red ink.

Praise be to God who illuminated the faces of His saints... As for what follows, he says... Abdullah bin Hijazi, famous for Al-Sharqawi, since the best science after the Book of God Almighty is the knowledge of the Sunnah of the Prophet, since the rules of rulings are based on it... And I called it Fath Al-Mubadi with a summary explanation of Al-Zubaidi... ... ...And it is permissible for us to bend the pen and ask God’s forgiveness for the slips and mistakes that occurred in this explanation.
