Since his last dictation is considered a final highlight of the book, we have adopted it as the year of his writing, and some researchers have indicated that the year of his writing of the book is the year 232 AH.
Sample Text	In the name of God... Chapter on the imam raising his hand for rain. Muhammad bin Bashar told us... The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, would not raise his hands in any of his supplications except for rain, in which case he would raise his hands until he could see the whites of his armpits... ... Chapter on washing your clothes three times... And do in your Umrah what you do in your Hajj. I said to Ata’: He meant piety when he commanded him to wash three times, so he said: Yes, the end of the third part of Sahih al-Bukhari from fifteen parts. And he will recite it, God willing, in The first of the fourth is the chapter on perfume when entering ihram and thanking God first and last.
