Praise be to God, the reviver of the dead and the executor of the pen... He said... Al-Hussein bin Muhammad... Al-Saghani... As for after him; Since I ascended to the ranks of honor and graduated from the paths of extravagance... in wading the seas of hadith and riding its glory, I know that whoever follows the rules of exaltation is disdained by those who have run to its lowest level, and whoever ascends to the heights of Sunni virtues, the nations submit to him. And sobriety... and I called it Mashariq Al-Anwar Al-Nabawiyah from the Sahih Al-Akhbar Al-Mustafifa... (Q) Ibn Omar: Here you are, O God, here you are, there is no partner with you. Indeed, praise and blessings are yours and dominion, you have no partner. He used to recite this talbiyah during his Hajj and Umrah. (M) Anas, may God be pleased with him: Here you are, Umrah and Hajj. God knows best what is right, and to Him is the return and return.

وقف وحبس وسبل لله سبحانه وتعالى هذا الكتاب الشريف الجناب المكرم الأمير سليمان أفندي كاتب البوسبة بالديوان ... وأن بوضع الكتاب المذكور بالخزانة الكائنة برواق الأروام داخل الجامع الأزهر ومن كان ناظرا على ذلك فليغير تغيره بتغيره لمن يطلب العلم بالأزهر من أروام وأكراد وغيرهم ممن يطلب العلم الشريف بالجامع الأزهر وقفا صحيحا شرعيا لا يباع ذلك ولا يبدل لقوله تعالى {فمن بدله بعد ما سمعه فإنما إثمه على الذين يبدلونه إن الله سميع عليم} وهو حسبنا ونعم الوكيل وصلى الله على سيدنا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه وسلم سنة 1179هـ
