He said: - May God’s prayers and peace be upon him -: (Those who have the most wealth, except for those who say thus, thus, and thus) three times, that is, except for those who spend their money front, right, and left on those who deserve it, so he expressed the action in words. ...Chapter on the saying of God Almighty: {And We set up just scales for the Day of Resurrection} ... On the authority of Ali - may God be pleased with him - he said: Whoever likes to be measured by a measure, let him say at the end of his sitting or when he stands, Glory be to your Lord, Lord of glory, for what they describe, and peace be upon the messengers, and praise be to God, Lord of the worlds... And the time has come for me to bend the reins of the pen, and ask forgiveness from God for what I have committed.
