Praise be to God, the One who revives the wretched, the swipe of the pen, the scatterer of nations, and the Creator of the breeze, so that they may worship Him and not associate others with Him... He said... Al-Saghani... As for what follows, since I ascended the ranks of honour.... And when God Almighty crowned me and crowned me with the crown of the lamp of darkness from the pages of the Prophet’s Hadith... I looked for the two seas to meet... and I added to what was in them what was authentic from my book Al-Shihab and Al-Najm so that the pages would be collected in a light-sized book... and I called it Mashariq Al-Anwar. Prophetic Sahih Al-Akhbar Al-Mustafawiyya, the sign of the Kha is ... Al-Bukhari ... and the sign of the mem is ... Muslim bin Al-Hajjaj ... and the sign of the Q is for what they agreed upon... ... (Q) Ibn Omar, may God be pleased with him. Here you are, O God, you have no partner. Indeed, praise and grace are yours, and the dominion has no partner with you. He used to recite this talbiyah during his Hajj and Umrah (M) Anas Labbayk, Umrah and Hajj, and God knows best what is right. The scripture was completed.
