Praise be to God... He said... Al-Saghani, God’s light is his resting place. Praise be to God, the reviver of the wretched, the flower of the pen, the creator of the breeze, and the scatterer of nations so that they may worship Him and not associate others with Him. The poor servant Muhammad ibn Mahmoud ibn Ahmad said... The Lām is for definition, and the definition with the Lām is to distinguish what is intended from its income from something else, so if what is intended is the truth.... And the hadith of Anas is carried at the end of it, and in the sentence it contains an indication that the Qur’an is better, the one who is worthy of his rank, may God bless him and grant him peace, that he ascends from the lowest to the highest, not that he descends from the highest to the lowest, complete.
