In the name of God, the most gracious, the most merciful. The obligation of zakat: that is; This is a chapter on explaining the obligation of zakat, and in some versions: The chapter was mentioned, and in another is the Book, and zakat in language means purification, reform, growth and praise, and from it {so do not purify yourselves}... ...so hatred will go away from him because of the help he narrates. God Almighty granted that because he was neither willing nor begging...so he would be safe in his religion from those who feared for it, or what is meant is that if it happens, it is not permissible to hate him. God knows best...
