The copy is the fourth part of Sahih Al-Bukhari, and it is from the beginning of the book on Medicine and Medicines until the end. | The last dictation by Imam al-Bukhari for his Sahih was in Bukhara in the year 252 AH, and the dictation before that was in February in the year 248 AH. Since his last dictation is considered a final highlight of the book, we have adopted it as the year of his writing, and some researchers have indicated that the year of his writing of the book is the year 232 AH.

The Book of Medicine and Medicines, Chapter: God did not send down a disease except that He sent down a cure for it. Muhammad ibn al-Muthanna told us, he said: Ahmad al-Ziri told us... on the authority of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, who said: God has not sent down a disease without sending down a repeated cure for it... ... Chapter: And We set the scales of justice for the Day of Resurrection... And Muhadahid Al-Qastas said: Justice is in Roman language, and it is said that justice is the source of justice, and it is just, while the just is unjust... Glory be to God and praise be to Him, Glory be to God the Great...
