It contains comments, corrections, and transcription differences in the margin. | Date of death of the copyist: alive in the year 1184 AH. | The last dictation by Imam al-Bukhari for his Sahih was in Bukhara in the year 252 AH, and the dictation before that was in February in the year 248 AH. Since his last dictation is considered a final highlight of the book, we have adopted it as the year of his writing, and some researchers have indicated that the year of his writing of the book is the year 232 AH.

Chapter on the virtues of the Ansar, may God Almighty be pleased with them. {And those who lived in the abode and the faith before them love those who emigrated to them, and do not find in their hearts any need for what they were given} ...
