It contains an index of the book's topics.#The copy is incomplete at the beginning and end. | The last dictation by Imam al-Bukhari for his Sahih was in Bukhara in the year 252 AH, and the dictation before that was in February in the year 248 AH. Since his last dictation is considered a final highlight of the book, we have adopted it as the year of his writing, and some researchers have indicated that the year of his writing of the book is the year 232 AH.

Chapter: How was the beginning of the revelation to the Messenger, may God bless him and grant him peace, and his Almighty saying {Indeed, We have revealed to you just as We revealed to Abraham and the prophets after him}... Chapter on the virtue of one who spends the night in a state of ablution... When I reached: O God, I believe in Your Book which You have revealed, I said: And Your Messenger, he said: «No, and Your Prophet whom You sent». Complete the first part of Sahih Al-Bukhari.
