Physical condition of the manuscript: Good copy. #Notes and comments: The copyist wrote the text entirely in black ink, and used red ink to write the serial number of the hadiths in the footnotes and to draw warning lines on the names of the narrators, and so on. The copyist included an index of the contents of the book at the beginning and indicated at the end that he had finished correcting it and comparing it to the original on the first of Rajab in the year 1249 AH in Dehli. Copied: Brockelmann mentioned a number of its copies in Appendix 1/578.

The Musnad of Abu Abbas Abdullah bin Abbas bin Abdul Muttalib, may God be pleased with them both. Agreed upon from the Musnad of Abu Abbas Abdullah bin Abbas bin Abdul Muttalib, may God be pleased with them. The first hadith, on the authority of Ubayd Allah bin Abdullah bin Utbah bin Masoud, on the authority of Ibn Abbas, may God be pleased with them both, from Al-Zuhri’s narration on his authority. He said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, was the finest of people... He said, “I did not send it to you so that you could wear it, but rather I sent it to you so that you could benefit from its price, not for Abdul Rahman.” Ibn Al-Asam on the authority of Anas in the Sahih other than this one hadith. This is the last of the two Sahihs from the Musnad of Anas bin Malik, may God be pleased with him, and may God’s prayers and peace be upon Muhammad and his family.
