Since his last dictation is considered a final highlight of the book, we have adopted it as the year of his writing, and some researchers have indicated that the year of his writing of the book is the year 232 AH.
Sample Text Sheikh Al-Bukhari said: Whoever says nothing interrupts the prayer, Umar ibn Hafs told us, on the authority of Masruq, on the authority of Aisha, he mentioned that the dog, the donkey, and the woman interrupt the prayer, so she said, “You likened us to donkeys and dogs, by God. I saw the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, praying, and I was on the bed between him and the Qiblah, lying down, and the need appeared to me, so I hated to sit, so the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, was harmed and slipped from his feet... Chapter on reciting aloud in The eclipse was told to me by Abd al-Rahman ibn Nimr. Ibn Shihab heard the same thing. Al-Zuhri said, so I said, “What did your brother do?” Abdullah ibn al-Zubair only prayed two rak’ahs like the dawn prayer when he prayed in Medina. He said, “Yes, he made a mistake in the Sunnah.” Sulayman ibn Katheer and Sufyan ibn Hussein followed him on the authority of al-Zuhri in speaking out loud. He completed the second part.
