Praise be to God, who supported His servants with His victory and opened the doors of His goodness to them... Now, the reason why these papers are inscribed with regard to his saying, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, “Actions are but by intentions,” is that His Eminence, our Lord, the Grand Vizier... Hamza Pasha... and I called it the fulfillment of a wish in Actions are by intention... These Sunni benefits and Sunni benefits are sufficient for you in explaining the generality of his saying, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, “Actions are but by intention.” And I conclude my words by saying, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him.
