In the name of God... Sheikh Al-Zarkashi Al-Shafi’i said... Praise be to God for what is widespread in the bounties and limited to clarification and understanding... As for what follows, in this dictation I intended to clarify what occurred in the Sahih of Imam Al-Bukhari, may God have mercy on him, from a strange pronunciation or ambiguous parsing or the attribution of a ghawis or a narrator whose name is feared to be misrepresented... Selected from the most correct and best sayings and from the clearest and clearest meanings, along with succinctness of the phrase and symbolization by reference. Abundance is a call to religion, and that is what I saw emerging in this era when I read it from the imitation of the copies of the Qur’an... and I called it the revision of the words of the authentic collection... ... the chapter on the words of God Almighty (And We set up just scales for the Day of Resurrection) and that the deeds of the sons of Adam and their words will be weighed... and its conclusion with the hadith “Thaqilatan fi al-Mizan” states that deeds are weighed, and what it included from the occasion appeared as it appeared in its opening with the hadith of intention, as if he was reminding himself that the deeds of the sons of Adam are weighed, whether in word or in deed. And his book, which he classified as part of his work, I feel that he placed it as a standard and a balance to refer to, and that it was easy for those whom God made it easy for and who looked with care at him, and Glory be to God the Great, and praise be to Him... The book was completed with God’s praise and help.

عليْها ختْم مكتوب فيه: حسْبي الله، بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم، وقف هذا الكتاب مصْطفى رئيس الكتّاب السّابق لوجْه الله الخالق، وسلّمه للمتولّي وحكم بصحّته حاكم الشّرع الشّريف، وشرط الاستفادة منْه لأوْلاده فثمّ فثمّ، وبعدهم يعمل به كما في الوقْفيّة إلى قيام السّاعة، وأخْزى الله من اشْتراه وباعه سنة 1154.
