He collected the introduction in the year thirteen and began explaining it in the beginning of the year seventeen, and praise be to God.”

In the name of God... The chapter on raining rain and the emergence of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, is like this according to Al-Mustamli without the basmalah, and what preceded the chapter was omitted from the narration of Al-Hamwi and Al-Kashmihani, and Al-Asili only has the book on raining... ...There are twenty narrations in it from the Companions and Followers, including the narration of Omar in his saying to Hakim bin Hizam when he refused to take his right from the spoils, and God Almighty knows best.
