He collected the introduction in the year thirteen and began explaining it in the beginning of the year seventeen, and praise be to God.”

Praise be to God who has enlightened the hearts of the people of Islam with guidance and poked the hearts of the tyrannical, so that they will never realize wisdom... Now that I have embarked on what I intended of explaining Al-Jami’ Al-Sahih according to what I promised... I called it Fath Al-Bari with Al-Bukhari’s explanation... How did the revelation to the Messenger of God begin? ...Chapter: What is mentioned about voluntary work is repeated and repeated... followed in the second part by the chapters on voluntary work.
