It contains good sayings about the author from the beginning of his book, The Rebuttal of Objection. | The date of completion of the book's writing was confirmed from the Library of the Chief Writer, No. (194); It was stated in it: “The author, may God Almighty have mercy on him, said that his collection, Ahmad bin Ali, was completed... on the first day of Rajab Al-Farad in the year one hundred and eight forty-two, except for what he added to this booklet on the twelfth of Rajab of that year. He collected the introduction in the year thirteen and began explaining it in the beginning of the year seventeen, and praise be to God.”

Praise be to God who explained to the hearts of the people of Islam the Sunnah, so they were led to follow it and were comfortable listening to it, and killed the souls of the tyrants with heresy after they had gone too far in disputing it and going to extremes in innovating it... Now then, the first thing on which the precious things of days were spent and the most important thing that was given increased attention is to engage in the legal sciences received from the best of creation... and I saw Imam Al-Bukhari in his Sahih collection, in his book Al-Sahih, devoted himself to quoting from their magnificent lights in a report. In conclusion... I have sought God's help in adding to it a summary explaining its benefits and clarifying its purposes... The discussion of it will be limited, God willing, to ten chapters. ... He mentioned the Imam’s travel to Bukhara and what happened between him and its emir and his related death... Praise be to God alone, and may God’s blessings and peace be upon our master Muhammad, may God bless his family and companions.
