...Chapter: What is permissible for people to mention in terms of what they say, long and short. ...Chapter: Every diversion is invalid if it distracts him from obedience to God... The reason for this hadith being related to translation and translation with permission, as he said in Al-Kawakib, is that the one who invites to gambling should not be given permission to enter the house, then because it includes a gathering of people, and the suitability of the rest of the hadith of the chapter to translation is that swearing by al-Lat is a distraction that distracts from the truth about creation, so it is invalid. The hadith was previously explained in the interpretation of Surat Al-Najm. door.
