(Chapter: A Muslim is not obligated to pay for) his own (his) horse, which includes both males and females, without the word “charity”... (I heard Omar - may God Almighty be pleased with him -) say, so he mentioned something like it, and at the end of it, that God will bring about His command, if He wills. With these two comments, the author wanted to explain the difference in it over Zaid bin Aslam, so Hisham bin Saad and Saeed bin Hilal agreed that it was on the authority of Zaid, on the authority of Omar bin Shaybah, and Ruh bin Al-Qasim was alone on the authority of Zaid by saying it on the authority of his mother. And God Almighty knows best.
