(Saba is Meccan), and it was said: Except {[and those who have been given knowledge] see} the verse, of which there are fifty-five, and according to Abu Dharr: Surat Saba. ... (Chapter) The obligation of (mut'a), which is money paid by the husband (to the woman) to the divorced woman who (did not) be required to receive only half a dowry... (for what she has made permissible from her private parts) by deleting the return (even if I lied) and Abu Dharr on the authority of the mother-in-law and the one who lied (to her, so that) demand when you believed her (is farther and farther away from her for you). The hadith was presented in the context of cursing, and God is the Helper. The eighth part of Allama Al-Qastalani’s explanation of Sahih Al-Bukhari was completed.

وقَفَ وحبَسَ وسبَّلَ هذا الكتابَ العمدة الفاضلُ الشيخُ محمَّدٌ الإنبابيُّ ابنُ المرحومِ الحاجِّ محمَّد الإنبابيِّ ابنِ المرحومِ حسينٍ الإنبابيِّ، على طلبة العلم وقفًا صحيحًا شرعيًّا، لَا يُباعُ ولَا يُوهَبُ ولَا يُرهَنُ وشرط النَّظر لنفسِه مدَّةَ حياتِه، ثمَّ للأصلحِ من ذريتِه الأعلمِ منهم، ثمَّ لرجلٍ مشهورٍ بالعلمِ والصلاحِ والديانةِ، {فَمَنْ بَدَّلَهُ بَعْدَ مَا سَمِعَهُ فَإِنَّمَا إِثْمُهُ عَلَى الَّذينَ يُبَدِّلُونَهُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٌ}. تحريرُه في 5 شوالٍ سنةَ 1280هـ.
