The Book of Zakat, Chapter on the Obligation of Zakat and the saying of God, Glory be to Him, and establish prayer and pay zakat. Ibn Abbas said: Abu Sufyan told me, so he mentioned the hadith of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace. He said: He commands us to pray, and to pay zakat, and to maintain ties and chastity. Abu Asim Al-Dahhak told us... ... Chapter on the trustee paying off the debts of the dead without the presence of the heirs. Sabiq and al-Fadl ibn Yaqoub told us.... He continued to entrust them until God fulfilled my father’s trust, and I, by God, am satisfied that God fulfills his trust. My father, I will return Tamra to my brothers... The second part has been completed... It is followed at the beginning of the third part by the book on jihad and its virtues...
