أوقَفَ وحبَسَ هذا الكتابَ للهِ تعالى الفقيرُ عمرُ جاويش داودية، ويكُونُ مقرُّهُ بجامعِ سيدي سارية الصحابيِّ بقلعةِ مصرَ المحروسةِ، لانتفاعِ المسلمينَ بذلكَ وقفًا صحيحًا، قاصدًا بذلكَ عفو ربِّه الرَّحيمِ، ولَا يُغيَّرُ ولَا يُبدَّلُ ولَا يُوهَبُ ولَا يُرهَنُ ولَا يُباعُ، {فَمَنْ بَدَّلَهُ بَعْدَ مَا سَمِعَهُ فَإِنَّمَا إِثْمُهُ عَلَى الَّذِينَ يُبَدِّلُونَهُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٌ} سنةَ 1171هـ.
