It contains corrections, comments, and transcription differences in the margin. | The last dictation by Imam al-Bukhari for his Sahih was in Bukhara in the year 252 AH, and the dictation before that was in February in the year 248 AH. Since his last dictation is considered a final highlight of the book, we have adopted it as the year of his writing, and some researchers have indicated that the year of his writing of the book is the year 232 AH.

In the name of God... Abdullah bin Abdul Wahhab told me... Hisham told me on the authority of his father, he said: People used to be careful with their gifts on the day of Aisha. Aisha said, so my companions gathered to Umm Salamah... The virtues of the Ansar and the words of God Almighty: {And those who lived in the abode and the faith before them love those who migrated to them, and do not find in their hearts any need for what they were given}. ...Chapter: And do not recite your prayers loudly, nor be silent in them... On the authority of Hisham, on the authority of his father, on the authority of Aisha, “And do not recite your prayers loudly, and do not be silent in them.” She said, “This was revealed in supplication, and praise be to God, Lord of the worlds.” She recites Surah Al-Kahf.
