Notes	Material condition of the manuscript: A modern copy, apparently missing the other part due to the interruption of the text. #Notes and comments: The copyist wrote it in black ink in general, and wrote some of its words, such as: (He told us), (He told us), and so on, in black ink as well, but in a bolder script than the text, to highlight them. Copies: Among them is a copy in the Imam University Library, photocopied from a copy of unknown origin, numbered 578 F, and Brockelmann mentioned a number of copies of it in various safes.
Sample Text	Al-Hakim Abu Abdullah Muhammad bin Abdullah bin Muhammad Al-Hafiz informed us of the dictates on Monday, the seventh of Muharram, in the year eight hundred and seventy-three (Praise be to God, the Mighty, the Compassionate, the Eternal, the Mighty, the Knower of secrets...) Now that God Almighty has bestowed His remembrance upon this nation by selecting him in the company of His Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him and his family, the best of his time, who are the noble, righteous and pious companions... I mentioned above the disagreement between the imams of hadith regarding the hearing of Shuaib bin Muhammad bin Abdullah bin Amr from his grandfather, Abu Abdullah Muhammad bin Yaqoub Al-Hafiz told us, Ibrahim bin Abdullah Al-Saadi told us, Yazid bin Harun told us, Issa bin Maimun told us, on the authority of Al-Qasim bin Muhammad, on the authority of Aisha.
