The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “Whoever God desires good for [him] [He gives him] knowledge of religion.” And when the codification of jurisprudence ended in four... I decided to make what I mentioned of consensus referring to the consensus of these four... ... On the authority of Ahmad, there are two narrations, one of which is obligatory for the lesser of the two matters than its value and blood money, and the other is obligatory for the value of itself. Al-Kharqi chose it... This is what we see as convincing... Chapter. This jurisprudence that we have collected here is mostly proven in the Book of Principles... but we have collected it to make it easier. Eating it and making it easy to memorize, and to fulfill the aforementioned hadith, the first book we mentioned is his saying, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him: “Whoever God intends good for; He gives him understanding of the religion. And God Almighty is the Most Praiseworthy... He fulfilled the Book with the right of His praise.
