The chapter heads and the words of the novel were written in red ink. | The last dictation by Imam al-Bukhari for his Sahih was in Bukhara in the year 252 AH, and the dictation before that was in February in the year 248 AH. Since his last dictation is considered a final highlight of the book, we have adopted it as the year of his writing, and some researchers have indicated that the year of his writing of the book is the year 232 AH.

The book of the call to prayer, the chapter on the beginning of the call to prayer and the iqamah, and the saying of God, and when you are called to prayer, they take it as a mockery and a game. That is because they are a people who do not understand, and his statement: “When prayer is called on Friday.... that Ibn Umar used to say that when the Muslims came to Medina, they would gather and wait for the prayer, but it would not be called... and some of them said, but rather with a trumpet like the horn of the Jews... ... ... Abdul-Quddus on the authority of Al-A’mash and Muhammad ibn Anas on the authority of Al-A’mash, followed by Ali ibn Al-Jawr... Chapter on mentioning the sparks of the dead... Omar bin Hafs told us... He said: Abu Lahab, may God’s curse be upon him, said to the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, “May you be cursed for the rest of the day.” So I came down to curse Abu Lahab’s hand.. . It is followed by the third part, the beginning of which is In the Name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful, the book on the obligation of zakat.
