Notes
Some words are in red, some are in green, while the text is generally written in black.. | The last dictation by Imam al-Bukhari for his Sahih was in Bukhara in the year 252 AH, and the dictation before that was in February in the year 248 AH. Since his last dictation is considered a final highlight of the book, we have adopted it as the year of his writing, and some researchers have indicated that the year of his writing of the book is the year 232 AH. | From the Book of the Beginning of Creation to the chapter on God Almighty’s saying {Indeed, those of you who turned away on the day the two hosts met}
Sample Text
The Book of the Beginning of Creation Chapter on what was mentioned in the words of God Almighty {And it is He who initiates creation and then restores it} And Al-Rabi’ ibn Khaytham and Al-Hasan said, “Everything is easy for him, easy and easy like soft and soft... Were we not troubled when He created you and established your creation by the absence of the accusative, phases, such-and-such phase, and such-and-such phase... Chapter on the saying of God Almighty {Indeed, those of you who turned back on the day the two hosts met} the verse... The pledge of Ridwan took place after Othman went to Mecca, so the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said With his right hand, he greeted Uthman with his hand, so he struck him on the hand and said, “This is for Uthman, take it with you now.” God knows best what is right.
