The manuscript's physical condition is very good. | The last dictation by Imam al-Bukhari for his Sahih was in Bukhara in the year 252 AH, and the dictation before that was in February in the year 248 AH. Since his last dictation is considered a final highlight of the book, we have adopted it as the year of his writing, and some researchers have indicated that the year of his writing of the book is the year 232 AH.

After the basmala and the praise: The virtues of Abdullah bin Masoud, may God be pleased with him: Hafs bin Omar said: Wael said: I heard stolen. Abdullah (the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: He was neither obscene nor indecent, and he said: “The most beloved of you to me is the one with the best morals.” And he said: “Recite the Qur’an from four, from Abdullah bin Masoud... How many times did the Prophet, peace be upon him, conquered Abdullah?” God Ibn Raja’ told us Ishaq said: I asked Zaid Ibn Arqam how many days you fought with the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace. He said seventeen. I said, how many raids did the Prophet, peace be upon him, with nineteen? He said seventeen. I said how many raids did the Prophet, peace be upon him, fight with nineteen?
