جاءَ على صفحةِ العنوانِ قيدُ وقفٍ ما نصُّه: «وقْفُ عمدةِ ملوكِ الدوران وتسبيل نخبةِ آلِ عثمانَ، مشكاةُ أنوارِ أنواعِ الحسناتِ، مصباحُ مشارقِ مجالسِ المبرآتِ، محيي السنةِ إمامُ الأمَّةِ السلطانُ ابنُ السلطانِ، السلطان أبو المحاسنِ والمواهبِ عثمانُ خان ابنُ السلطانِ مصطفى خان، لَا زالت أيَّامُه مصابيحَ الإقبالِ، ومساعيه جميلة مفاتيحِ أبوابِ الآمالِ، وأنا الدَّاعي لدولتِه الحاجُّ إبراهيمُ حنيفٌ المفتِّشُ بأوقافِ الحرميْنِ المحرميْنِ، غُفِرَ له».#وقفيَّاتٌ: عليها ختمُ وقفٍ نصُّه: {الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي هَدَانَا لِهَذَا وَمَا كُنَّا لِنَهْتَدِيَ لَوْلَا أَنْ هَدَانَا اللَّهُ}.
