The first is missing and the other is missing. - It has corrections, comments, and transcription differences in the margin. - It has differences in handwriting. | The last dictation by Imam al-Bukhari for his Sahih was in Bukhara in the year 252 AH, and the dictation before that was in February in the year 248 AH. Since his last dictation is considered a final highlight of the book, we have adopted it as the year of his writing, and some researchers have indicated that the year of his writing of the book is the year 232 AH.

In the middle of the second hadith, in the chapter on the saying of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace [p. 27]: “If you see the crescent, fast, and when you see it, break your fast.” ... Do not fast until you see it, and if it is cloudy for you, then complete the number of thirty. Abu Al-Walid told us, Shu’bah told us on the authority of Jablah bin...
