A copy with an index of chapters at the beginning.# It was written in a naskh script. The last dictation by Imam al-Bukhari for his Sahih was in Bukhara in the year 252 AH, and the dictation before that was in February in the year 248 AH. Since his last dictation is considered a final highlight of the book, we have adopted it as the year of his writing, and some researchers have indicated that the year of his writing of the book is the year 232 AH.

In the name of God... Chapter: How was the beginning of the revelation to the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, and the saying of God Almighty: “We have revealed to you just as We revealed to Noah and the prophets after him” The verse Al-Humaidi told us... I heard Omar bin Al-Khattab... ... The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: Two words beloved to the Most Merciful, light on the tongue and heavy in the scale, Glory be to God and with His praise, Glory be to God the Great.
