(After the basmalah and the prayer) Chapter on abandoning trickery in marriage. And by someone other than Abu Dharr, with the intention of one chapter and the omission of the next one, and with it he said, Musaddad told us, he is Ibn Musarhad, he said, Hayya bin Saeed Al-Qattan told us, on the authority of Ubayd Allah. ... By God, I ask that He make this explanation a means to His satisfaction and Paradise, and to prevent us from Hell more closely. And as from it, his good deeds were accepted, and I finished composing and writing it on Saturday, the seventeenth of Rabi’ al-Twelf of the year nine hundred and nineteen.
