Notes
The manuscript in our hands is (part of Sahih al-Bukhari), and it is the last part, as stated in the conclusion, and it begins [with the Book of Dressing] and ends with the chapter on the saying of God Almighty, and we set the just scales for the Day of Resurrection. But you specify the part number | The last dictation by Imam al-Bukhari for his Sahih was in Bukhara in the year 252 AH, and the dictation before that was in February in the year 248 AH. Since his last dictation is considered a final highlight of the book, we have adopted it as the year of his writing, and some researchers have indicated that the year of his writing of the book is the year 232 AH.
