Missing the first and the last. | Piece of the book | The last dictation by Imam al-Bukhari for his Sahih was in Bukhara in the year 252 AH, and the dictation before that was in February in the year 248 AH. Since his last dictation is considered a final highlight of the book, we have adopted it as the year of his writing, and some researchers have indicated that the year of his writing of the book is the year 232 AH.

Bin Yusuf, Al-Layth told us, he said, Saeed Al-Maqbari told me, on the authority of his father, on the authority of Abu Hurairah, may God be pleased with him, that he heard him say, “The Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said, ‘If a female slave commits adultery, then her adultery becomes clear’... Chapter on buying and selling with women... ... Chapter on the saying of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him: ‘I was supported by terror, a distance of a month’... So I said to my companions when he took us out: ‘The command of Ibn Abi Kabsha has been made. He is feared by the king of Banu Al-Asfar.’ Chapter on carrying provisions in the battle.
