Praise be to God, who has bestowed upon us the greatest and most minute blessings, the greatest of which is the blessing of Islam.... As for what follows: After the Qur’an, the science of hadith is the best and highest of sciences... and it was the book of the correct collection... the yes of the correct books.... And I did not see an explanation of it that included revealing some of the relevant matters of the book, let alone all of it.... So I sought help from God Almighty and sought His help in composing an explanation described with attributes... and I endeavored in it to clarify the expressions and uncover the problems... so he came back with praise to God. A book full of everything that the one who celebrates it needs.... I am still thinking about naming it.... So an inspiration inspired me that it is Al-Kawkab Al-Darari in the explanation of Sahih Al-Bukhari... ... The Book of Tayammum, Chapter on Tayammum for the Face and Palms... His saying, “Al-Hakam said,” may be a comment from Al-Bukhari, or that it is from Shu’bah’s words, so it is a chain of transmission, or its purpose is that Al-Hakam is narrated on the authority of Shu’bah as well...
